What we offer

Our rates are in line with the NDIS Pricing Arrangements and Price Limits (previously known as the NDIS Price Guide).

Short Term Accommodation

We offer Short Term Accommodation (STA) services for participants looking for a supported place to stay in Bairnsdale, a fun and relaxing home-away-from-home getaway and respite accommodation.

Located in West Bairnsdale, we are minutes away from many facilities, including schools, health care services, venues, restaurants, the local cinema, and library.

We have lots to do while you stay, including high-speed WiFi, board & card games, books, a fully equipped kitchen, game consoles, and more.

Our priority is participant enjoyment, comfort and safety, so we are happy to customise our services to cater to any individual needs.

STAs can be booked with either of our support workers Blake (31 y.o. male) and Jess (31 y.o. female), or as a standalone accommodation booking (BYO Support Worker).

1:1 Support Services

We offer caring, fun, and inclusive Support Services for ambulant persons with NDIS funding (our facility is not yet fitted out for non-ambulant accessibility).

Supports can be booked with either of our caring and compassionate Support Workers, Jess O’Connor (Female) or Blake Hibbins (Male).

We offer no-obligation meet & greets so you can get to know us, see the Bairnsdale Supportive Stays property (or we can meet you at a place of your choosing), and see if we’re a good fit to provide you with support that meets your needs.

Supported Group Activities

We offer a range of on and off-site activities and programs including:

  • Basic life and capacity-building skills such as cooking, shopping, and gardening.

  • Encouraging and expressing creativity through arts and crafts, sewing, creative writing (assisted), and singing.

  • Exploring nature through bush walks, 4WD trips, outdoor BBQs, and more.

  • Games nights, movie nights, theme dinner nights, and more.
